Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Muntajat (muntajat.app, "Muntajat", "we", "us") is a product-research and creative platform for e-commerce sellers. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Muntajat website, dashboard, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and you are responsible for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login access secure; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. AI generations (video ads, image ads, stores, analyses) consume credits included in your plan or purchased as top-ups. Credits reset or accrue as described on the pricing page and hold no cash value.

Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects an active subscription. Promotional discounts (e.g., launch offers) apply for the stated period only.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. Unused credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase if entirely unused.

5. Data & estimates — important

Muntajat aggregates public and licensed market signals (product listings, order counts, advertising libraries, trends) and computes scores, estimates, and suggestions from them. All figures — including the Winning Score, revenue estimates, suggested prices, and break-even calculations — are estimates for research purposes, not guarantees of commercial results. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: resell, scrape, or bulk-export the Service's data; reverse engineer the Service; use it to violate any platform's terms (including Meta, TikTok, AliExpress, Shopify, Lightfunnels) or any law; upload unlawful content; or use generated creatives in deceptive, harmful, or prohibited advertising. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or harm its integrity.

7. AI-generated content

You own the ads, copy, stores, and other outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including compliance with advertising policies and intellectual-property rights in your markets. Reference materials surfaced by the Service (e.g., third-party ads) are shown for research; recreating them must respect third-party rights.

8. Third-party services

The Service links to and integrates with third parties (including AliExpress, Shopify, Lightfunnels, shipping and sourcing partners). Some links are affiliate links, meaning Muntajat may earn a commission. Third-party services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muntajat's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (data & estimates, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
