1. Overview

This policy explains what Muntajat (muntajat.app) collects, why, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to run a product-research and creative platform.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and login events (we use passwordless email links/codes — we never store a password).

Onboarding & preferences: your selected markets, tracked categories, language, and the goal you describe — used to personalize your dashboard.

Usage data: pages viewed, searches, products opened, and credits consumed — used to operate quotas, improve the product, and prevent abuse.

Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

Content you provide: product links or files you upload for analysis and generation.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private research (your saved products, boards, or generated ads) to inform other users.

4. Processors we use

Supabase (authentication & database, EU region), Vercel (hosting/CDN), payment providers (subscriptions), email delivery providers (login codes, receipts, product emails), and AI model providers (to generate the content you request — only the inputs needed for your generation are sent). Each processor handles data under its own security terms and our instructions.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and preferences (language, selected market). Analytics, if enabled, is aggregate and privacy-respecting. Affiliate referrals may set a referral cookie (up to 60 days).

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@muntajat.app; we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal/billing reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@muntajat.app and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security & changes

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and secrets are stored in managed vaults. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
