Uploads, missing results and downloads
Check your files and find finished work.
What to do
Use the file types and limits shown by the selected tool. Wait for the upload to finish before generating. For downloads, open a completed result and choose Download; unfinished or failed items have no finished file to download.
Good to know
Confirm you are signed into the same account and check the correct project or profile. Creation and supported downloads require the appropriate plan. If a completed file will not open, contact support with the item and approximate time.
