Troubleshooting
Why was my content flagged?
Understand content review and prepare a clearer request.
Why it can happen
A prompt or reference can be interpreted differently from what you intended. A content-review notice describes that attempt; it does not mean every failed render was blocked, or that changing one word guarantees approval.
What to do
Use a clear, product-focused description and appropriate reference images. Remove ambiguous or unnecessary sensitive details. Use only content you have rights and permission to use. If a normal product request keeps being flagged, contact support rather than trying to bypass review.
Good to know
Check Usage for the actual credit outcome. Include the approximate time and the affected item when asking for help. You do not need to send private account credentials.
